so i'm in the middle of some pretty serious training right now, i've been as high as 115 miles a week at one point two years ago. right now i'm at about 90 miles a week, and my body feels fine, but my legs feel like total crap. i've been taking endurox and stretching immediately after runs, without much help.
anyone else know why this is, have any experience? it really makes the first 15-20 mins of my run crap, because i'm not warmed up until i'm well and in to it. any advice would be much appreciated.
