So have been running consistent mileage all summer, have been running about 70 miles a week on grass and hills, a day or two a week on the roads. But I did a workout on tuesday for the first time on the track with very lightwieght shoes. This is the first time I had been on the track since April, but I had been doing workouts. Then yesterday, my shins start to feel funny. Now today i jsut got back from a six mile run, no pain, but my shin still feels funny at some points, and if i press on the outside, like under the shin bone, it is a little sore. Is this bad? Normal? Should I just not worry about it?
