both my calfs seems to flare up, not to the point where I can't run, but to the point where it is annoying, every time I try to do speed work or hills. I've begun taking regular ice baths, massaging my calfs, and doing wall stretches as much as possible to help aid it's recovery, but it seems every time I do another speed or hill workout it flares up. It hasn't affected my mileage, but I'm worried as to how they will react once the XC racing season is underway. If anyone has experianced the same type of thing and has some suggestions, any and all would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks
