maybe its just me, but i dont understand why runners cry when they win a gold medal at the olympics.
from what i understand, it is because they are happy. i was always taught that you should cry when you are sad, not when you are happy.
there is only 1 thing better in than winning gold at the olympics, and that thing is setting a WORLD RECORD.
please help me understand why there are tears on the olympic award stand, because i have never cried from being happy. should i be crying when im happy? is there something psychologically wrong with my mentallity??
