Ah yes, it's a lot like "Star Trek: The Next Generation". In many ways it's superior but will never be as recognized as the original.

Ah yes, it's a lot like your lame, played out line. In many ways it's just as weak and tired as the first 3,000 times you used it, but will only continue to get a lot weaker and tireder.
I don't know much about Star Trk so that joke doesn't even make sense to me. However, I was interested in the traing of Rich Kenah. I've heard he used to log alot of miles during the base phase. I'm similar because I'm a half miler who also believes a strong aerobic base as opposed t60 being some absolute limit because thats what Coe did. Does anyone have any details on his training? That would be really interesting, especially since he was trained by Gags like Nick Symmonds.
You know that Coe went 70-100 mpw in base, right?
Rich didn't do a whole lot of mileage. I want to say the highest he would ever go in base training was somewhere between 70-80 miles, said he broke down too much if he went over that. I'll have to look back at some stuff he sent me one time-he may have had a few weeks here and there at 100 miles. In season I want to say he was 50-60 mpw
