Hi All,
Fantastic boards. One of the things I love about running, is its longevity if you don't get hung up on being an elite!
The thing is, I have played with running for the last 10 years (averaging 20 - 30 miles) with long breaks in between, I've done 3 marathons and a smattering of road and x-country races.
The question, is it too late to become competative, is it worth me trying to put in the higher mileage etc, will it take me too many years to get the results?
Are there any examples of others out there, who have started to take the sport seriously in their later years and got the results?
Regards
Wellpark
