So I've been running, you know the whole summer training before XC, but I have been incredibly tight. I'll stretch a lot before a run, and 2 minutes in, I get all tight. Then after, I'll stretch, but still be tight for the rest of the day and night.
It's really strange. I drink a decent amount of water while trying to stay hyudrated, but I don't think I'm dehydrated enough for that to be the reason.
Any ideas/suggestions/thoughts?
