My foot is injured. It's not PF, but I think it could be a stress fracture (I'm getting it checked out in a couple of days). I've been cross training in the pool, on the bike, and on the elliptical machine, but I'm starting to think that only the pool is safe for my foot.
Anyone have any experience with cross training for a foot stress fracture? Any suggestions (other than pool running) that won't aggravate the injury? Thanks.
