What is a good 5k time for a girl who runs 35 miles per week?

1840s?
I don't think you can just throw out a time based on how many miles a week one runs. There are many other factors involved such as speed, strength, running economy/form and other lifestyle habits. I know people who can run 17's off 35mpw and others who can't even break 20.
How old are you? Are you running on a team or just on your own? How long have you been running? Lots of factors to consider in telling you how fast you should be running.
18:00 is a good benchmark if doing lots of speedwork in those 35mpw and taking a day off every week.
wtf are you all talkin about sub 19 makes you semi elite for women.
20:00 would be a solid time off of 35 miles a week for your normal female runner
You guys are pretty close. I've run 18:44. How much faster can I get if I up my mileage to 50?

5 seconds faster than second place
It depends on what your 50 mpw would consist of. What is your highest mileage to date? 50 mpw for a woman is quite a bit unless you are in college or semi-elite.
Give us more info to accurtely assess what progress you can makes.
Sub-19, semi elite, wtf? The world record is mid 14's. Semi elite is 16-17 minutes.
i hate to tell you, but you prob wont be at the top with 35 miles per week
freshman year i ran high mid 19s off of about 35 like what you're doing
summer before sophmore year i did about 65mpw over the summer and kept up 50 throughout most of the season, and went under 18 no problem

btw, i think that person was referring to semi elite for high schoolers, which would be a fairly accurate statement
My highest mileage is about 40. I am 25 years old...so I guess I don't fall into the semi-elite for high school category.
