Ok so I have been running for about 5 weeks (prior to those five weeks it was off and on for 2 -3months) I started out 5 weeks ago at about 50 miles and have been running 60 -65 on a 6 day schedule.
I feel like absolute shit; and I am not anemic(just got tested). So pretty much I think I might be burnt out......I want to be ready to go in the fall for xc.
So what should I do; Drop down and build back up, or shoud I just push through it feel like shit for another week or two and stay at my current mileage?
