I was sorting thru some of my old running stuff, and found an old (circa 1980's) handout from a Wisconsin running camp.
This was printed up by Dan McClimon who was the University of Wisconsin Track and XC coach in the 70's until his plane crash in the early 80's. Back then he was considered one of, if not the top distance/middle-distance guy in the nation.
There is some old-but-good training infomation from a typical XC week. Also there are logs of training weeks from some of his middle-distance studs back in the day.
Is there any interest in this information, or should it go back in the 'History' box?
