How the f*** can we decide what you can run for a 1500m off a f***ing 150m workout. thats a taper session
If you can work your way up to 20 reps squatting 220 pounds, you should be able to run under 4:00.
Why don't you predict my time instead. Did this session last night:
3*1km (3m recov) + 8*200m (2m recov)
1k's - 2:40.8, 2:40.8, 2:38.9
200's - 28.1, 26.6, 26.6, 26.5, 26.6, 26.5, 26.5, 25.6
Probably one of my best ever sessions. I have run 1:50min for 800m last year as well, but have not run any 1500's for a couple of years.

This training is ok- but try and reduce those recovery times man to max 1 minute- see the results in your race times improve also.
Think 3.35 ish for 1500m
Work hard mentally and physically to prepare yourself.

was there a jog back after each one, or did you wait a specific time interval before starting again? this information will help me pinpoint your likely 1500 time.
Just walked back to the 150 mark and did them again. I had to take an extra long rest between my 3rd and 4th one because my running shorts gave me a boner, and that would have been embarassing to run with

ok, that helps. assuming you wear different running shorts in your race, i think you can break 5:00. with the same running shorts, all bets are off. good luck.
