I did a workout the other day and felt great...I was wondering how fast I could run a mile...my workout went like this...
16x200 with 30 seconds rest
30.2,30.4,30.2,30.1,30.5,29.8,30.1,30.2,30.6,29.9,29.7,30.7,30.4,30.2,30.1,28.2
