I've been running 10 years or so and am 6 ft, 200lbs. The entire time I've fought IT band, sciatica and knee problems. When I go to FF or another local running shoe store I'm told my foot strike is perfect in Adrenalines/2120's so I buy them only to come home and have problems. I'm in and out of chiropractor, massage therapists and sports drs. since I started running and I'm fed up. I don't even care so much about racing, I just love running and want to do my 30 mpw pain free.
So, I'm thinking of trying flats all the time as I feel I have little to lose. What are some good options to start with? Might this work for me?
