Robert fell asleep half way through the race and wants to see the last 1/2 of the men's but I don't see anyway to fast forward.

I can ffwd just fine, but only as far as it's downloaded.
I'm using Quicktime on Mac, could be different on Winblows.
Drag the slider, that works for me.
I can only drag the slider so far which generally is how far it has played which only goes at real time for me. Maybe I'll try another browser.
Your download is too slow. What happens if you pause it for a minute, then restart? Can you slide it forward then?
Pause the playback, I mean, not the download.
Mine isn't even working. Do you have to pay to watch rebroadcasted videos on there? Oh well, at least I got to see it live.
I'm in Netscape 8.1, using Windows XP. Another problem might be if you have virus protection that's trying to scan the download. That can slow things considerable. If that's the case, disable it for now and see if that fixes it.
I happened to wake up early this morning to go to the bathroom, which was around the time of the finish. It wouldn't work at all. Not enough bandwidth? To omany people trying to watch at the same time? It's working fine now, a bit blurry, though.
I don't know, but you need to fix the name above Martin Lel's picture on the homepage.

Thanks. I fixed it. Good thing it was only up for a couple of minutes.
I got it 2 work. You don't need to pay.
The key to fastforwarding is to use Internet Explorer. I was using Firefox and you can't really fastforward.
So just use IE and you're good to go.
Bummer for you, it was excellent coverage from the BBC. I watched the entire thing from pre-race interviews to approx. 20 mins after the men's finish. Not a single technical glitch or anything, except for the problems BBC had with their pictures when the motorcycle cameras went through tunnels or between the Canary Wharf highrises. But WCSN worked impeccably.
I watched it on a powerful MacBook Pro and ran Quicktime in fullscreen mode and the picture was very clear. I wouldn't have traded this for American TV coverage in a million years. If I had had to deal with Al Trautwig and 40 mins. of commercials per hour, I would have surely gone to bed instead.
Great race, totally worth staying up for. Running event of the year for sure. Boston sucked noodles compared to this.
