Just coming out of base season of 80 mile weeks which included a 1:21 half marathon and 2:54 marathon.
Recent workout: 5k Tempo in 19:37 (6:32, 6:14, 6:12), 5 min recovery jog/walk, 4 x 800 w 400 jog @ 2:42.
I have my first 5k coming up this weekend - What kind of time should I expect?
