Terrorists just launched another nuclear bomb drone plane. I have a feeling this episode is going to be amazing.

I feel like I should know the answer to this question, but can the president really do that? Decide unilaterally to launch a nuclear attack? I mean, it didn't really show anyone other than Karen protesting, but still - I would think there'd have to be some debate, or some sort of official approval...
Any government experts out there?
he's not just the president. he's the CINC.
Yeah I was wondering the same thing. I know it's just a TV show and all, but can he just do it like that?
... Also who didn't guess Nadia would be branded at the traitor. I don't think she is though. Someone else is setting her up.
He needs to check with geo-political scholars like Rosie O'Donnell and Alec Baldwin.
I never said I was stupid. It just doesn't seem like it should be that easy. Even if he is commander in chief.

Sorry. That wasn't aimed at you. It was aimed at RO and AB. Your question was just fine.
I'm unsure if the two man rule regarding the use of America's nuclear weapons is solely fiction (The Sum of All Fears book).
I am so f-ing pissed that Audrey Raines is dead.
She might not be:

My son thinks it's Milo, but I think it's Morris (Maurice?).
I also don't believe for a minute that Audrey is dead. I'm an optimist. Jack will solve her disappearance before the end of the season, fer sure.
Was tonite a shot at the current adminsitration? The VP's words were something to the effect of "it doesnt matter the terrorists aren't connected with the country, were bombing the shit out of them..." Anyone else think that?
Sorry too, I was going for funny and it came out insulted.
I also don't believe Audrey's dead, if only because it was so out of nowhere - it was just like, oh, by the way...I don't know.
Till next week!
Man every night this show comes it's the best episode. Tonight was great.
The Vice President is really out of his mind. I still don't think that Nadia is the traitor.

Of course you realize he planned the incomplete assassination attempt on the President, right?
Yep, he's a nutcase for sure!
Gawd I love this show... (guilty pleasure, along with Prison Break)

Okay, it's never really been proved on the show right? Like it was just implied he was behind the assassination. Maybe I need to re-watch the earlier episodes, because I don't remember. Those two dudes who did everything were working for him?
... Also did we also know what exactly USA gave China in order to get Jack Bauer back?
Hello? President Logan? What's the deal? They totally forgot about him.
Audrey ain't dead.
Anyone see National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation? If you do then Nadia should seem familiar. Yes, that's right.

I seem to remember them mentioning a few millions bucks an episode or two back. Over 10 million.
Logan got the flat line last episode in the ambulance.
Nadia is hotness. The show last season was just missing a hot female character, casting her was an excellent move.
People flatline all the time, you'd think someone would say, "Oh yeah, by the way, that President Logan guy? Yeah, he's dead. First lady killed him."
I think that's somewhat noteworthy.
