Spence if Rexing's half brother.

Zach I believe is 8:00 13:56 29:04 and a 8:44 steeple. He made world cross as a junior when he was a freshmen at WVU. He works hard and is a good guy. I'm very happy to see him make his first senior team.
Cleary at WVU (now coaching Zach) had a pretty good weekend with WV kids. Sabitino in 6th and a junior girl in 8th.
You know your crap pistol!
Mike ran 8:35 in the steeple at last year's USA T&F Champs, I don't know if that's his PR.
bump
2 weeks ago 8:15 for Sabatino.

What a crock of shit. The guy runs a great race and EPO comes up. Stupid.
Yes, an average 3k is proof positive of EPO use. Did Torres drop a crappy 3k two weeks ago. Hmmmmmm... the implications are startling (grow up dumbass!)
There's an interview with Sabtino here
http://www.eliterunning.com/features/49/
in which he details his EPO use...or at least provides an explanation of why you might not be impressed by his recent track race(s).
Spence was a teammate of mine in college. He has been on the verge of being great the past few years. He hadn't been able to make that jump until last weekend. He also trains at altitude, perhaps he had an easier time than others in the race. He has also been racing steeples. maybe he is learning that he can make a move up to 10k.
All the luck in the world to him!
1:49.84 - 800m Freshmen National Record - Cooper Lutkenhaus (check this kick out!!)
Jakob on Oly 1500- “Walk in the park if I don’t get injured or sick”
Emma Coburn to miss Olympic Trials after breaking ankle in Suzhou
VALBY has graduated (w/ honors) from Florida, will she go to grad school??
