Why no discussion of the Mile race at Indiana on Friday? Nice race by the Michigan guys, looks like Mike Woods is really coming back strong, and Lex Williams is really making a name for himself after this 4:01 and his 8:02 3000m last week. SOLID race by both Lex and Mike.

All the more reason to talk about it if you think he'll lower it. Lex is on fire ever since his sr year in Hs and quickly climbing to the top

I'm hesitant to say John Black as well. This is mainly because of the injuries that John suffered that made it hard to really tell how good he really was.
And for McNamara's sake, he just ran 8:08. Not too far off Lex.

didn't black break his jaw or something last year? What other injuries has he had? But Switzer is dumb, he didn't train all summer than expects to go out and run at a competitive level in D1. Lex Williams is the man though.
