Wow, I finally made the commitment a month ago to get serious about lifting. I've got a 30-35 minute workout that's a bit like cross-training so I get decent cardio too. I've noticed a huge improvement in strength, posture, etc.

I'm not sure what you're getting at but I'll answer the threads question:
Lifting weights will eventually build muscles. Those muscles will make you look more like a man and less like a girl, even if you shave everything and consider yourself a 5 out of 10. Then, just maybe, you'll have a chance to get your carpet munching wife of 4 years back from that lesbian that stole her away. But I doubt it.
