I've heard that some of their new shoes are going to be great. I was thinking of switching to Puma and wanted to see if others train in the shoes.
Let me know what you think

Yes
I do my training in the Phasis III's and they have been great. I do some of my track work on the Prevail which work well. I'll pick up a pair of their racing flats in the near future to replace the Prevail.
I just went to the Puma Outlet nearby and picked up a few pair of shoes to try out:
5000m - did a couple of short runs (2 miles) in them - very comfortable, incredible traction, but not much support if that's what you need.
XC II - have not ran in them yet. Fit well and seem like they should do well on trails.
Sierra Trail Racer - ran in them once. no complaints, but I like the 5000m better so I've stuck with them the last 2 times out.
La Bamba - Marketed as a "warmup/cooldown" sneaker. They're comfortable, lightweight, and could see them working well as a racer
Of course the one shoe I went there to get (Kilkenny) they did not have.
If I learn anything new in the coming weeks about these shoes, I'll repost for you. For now, I think I'll wear the 5000's.
those shoes mentioned aren't even their running shoes.
those shoes mentioned (5000M, Lababa) aren't even their running shoes.
i run in the Belus III(their racing flats). they're not bad- quite cushioned for a flat, also pretty firm in the forefoot. the heel post is ok, definatley not my favorite thing in the world. the midfoot is really flexible, which is odd since the forefoot cushioning is very firm. and the sizing on them is very odd. good luck though.

"run"
The 5000m is a running sneaker. While I'm sure most people today purchase it as a stylish, everyday sneaker (like they do with MOST Puma's), it was originally designed as a XC flat.
The La Bamba, as I originally stated, is marketed as a "warmup/cooldown" shoe.

"an"
If you read it as "ex-see," then it would be "an." If you read it as "cross-country," then "a" is correct.
