I was wondering. I am learning all vaults myself now in the gym(not weight gym where i am nearly daily as well but the gymnastics gym). I think its a hard combo at the moment. My running tends to sore my muscles a bit (flexibility whise).I stretch 5 times a day or so to just hit my toes. I am at the moment verry beginner(cat do the double vaults yet,i still need some more jump inches,...).
Anyone else more advanced in parkour here.Doing the tricks on the street. Thinking about what they can jump-vault on/off/or to the whole time.
I was wondering what your regimen looks like? And how you think of the combo runnign tricks/freerun/parkour
