Well i had been running well for almost half a year and now i have developed this hamstring injury. Im pretty sure that it is a strain and only a mild one. I can walk relatively fine ( i don't limp) and its not really that sore.
What do you guys think i should do and what has worked for you?
I need some advice on stretches, strength exercises, time to take off and any other advice.
I have taken the past two days off and have iced and take advil to control inflamation. I will most likely take Saturday off and see what happens on Sunday.
