New York ? Boston ? New Orleans ? San Diego ? Tokyo ? Hong Kong ? Singapore ?
Is this off skyline in Oakland?
Oakland can be a fun place to run. People become highly motivated when running by liquor stores there in short pants.
Thank you former Gov. Moonbeam for your leadership and vision for the beautiful city we all know and love.
Duh, I should have followed the link to see that it was in Tilden...
It was 30F in Oakland today. Freezer like. It\'ll drop to 15F tonite. If you like running in this weather, hats off to you. I moved from Virginia to here a few years ago and still haven\'t gotten used to the cold.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't 30F in Oakland today (and that it won't be 15F tonight).
East Bay weather is near-perfect for running:

Anyways, glad to see the response. Pictures like these remind me why I love to run.
I don\'t know which planet you are on but it\'s been cold here in Oakland since the storm arrived http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/USNJ0372.html
No, it's about 60 right now.
From yahoo. I don't what you were looking at, but it wasn't the current weather.
It's fine outside, I'm headed out for a run now.
Just figured it out. You were looking at Oakland, New Jersey, dipshit.

No, it was a low of 46. I assume that you were just taking a guess
Damn.
Someone puts up a cool picture of an absolutely beautiful trail, and then we get a dozen posts of pure crap.
Thanks for the photo Ms Locke. I love that trail too.
However, I am an idiot for reading the other garbage on this thread and responding to it.
What trail is that?
I think the picture was taken in the Claremont Canyon Preserve, Berkeley, CA. There are some fun (but hilly) trails in that area.
Check out the trails along Skyline Blvd in Oakland. Some great runs and views to be had there.
You will find a comprehensive park/trail list via the link below. Another favorite is Lafayette/Moraga trail. It's about 12k?www.ebparks.org/parks
