Seriously, nobody can touch Cabada in the longer distances.
ritz over cabada in any cross race.
Yes, yes, and yes.
If Cabada wants to race in Boulder in Feb, then he'll beat Ritz there, too. Ritz may once have been the top XC runner in the US, but Cabada has had a major breakthrough since then.
once again, how does this help me score a Nintendo Wii?
Cabada would not own Ritz under any circumstance, you f***s come on here and worship that kid. Wait until he chokes again, you'll keep your mouths shut then.
So Ritzenhein has one bad race, and that's enough to forget how ridiculously he dominated the 12K two years ago? Fighting injury since then, yes, then runs a 2:14 in his debut.
The kid is fine. And talent is talent. As much as I would love to believe a blue-collar guy like Cabada is better than Ritz, the fact of the matter is Ritzenhein could probably train 70mpw and Cabada 120mpw and Ritzenhein would still have the edge in most races.
Who the hell is Cabada and why is he humilating Ritz and Hudson like this?
I double-dog-dare Cabada to run the US cross championships in Boulder come February. This is what will happen:
1. Ritz
2. Hall
3. Abdi
4. Torres
5. Cabada
Less talent than Ritz, but a better coach.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I need to change my shorts- i just creamed myself.
Unless you are a high school kid (in which case, to a certain extent, I can understand your childish enthusiasm) then you people need to get a f'ng life. I just don't understand the obsession with trying to debate or 'prove' that one runner is better than another. What does it matter, and why the f**k do you people care so much? They'll race when it matters, and that will decide it. Until then, stop jerking off over your favorite runner and arguing about who is better- it's kind of like 'my dad could beat up your dad,' except for the fact that 99.9% of you don't even know these guys.
it is the shoe contract and money, and maybe justice; you stupid prick. so f*** off if you're too slow to notice the discontent here.
Ritz would own Cabada. come one. You cant seriously think that Cabada can touch Ritz at XC, or even a 10k on the track.
Didn't Cabada lose to Lornah Kiplagat...........twice?
Q: Is Cabada better than Ritz?
A: No.
The best answer here is: Inc. Fernando is a man on the rise w/a few impressive races this year. Dathan has a resume of impressive races. Should they both enter '07 healthy, any time they'll tangle will be good theater.
The only thing interesting about a Ritz, Cabada match up is whether or not Hudson has figured out how to coach a marathoner. If he has, then Ritz wins. Right now I predict Cabada to beat Ritz in the marathon with Ritz beating him at every other distance. I don't however have either of them on my list to make the team in 2008 in the marathon. Ritz will make the team in the 10k though.
Cabada is obviously talented, but he races too often. Eventually, it will wear him down AND out. In my opinion, though Cabada has a wealth of potential, he needs better guidance. With that said, so Ritz needs better guidance as well.
