Registration for the March 4, 2007 Arnold 5K Pump and Run is now CLOSED. The Arnold 5K Pump and Run is the largest event of its kind in the country. Registration for the March 4th event started November 1st 2006 and the limit of 600 athletes was reached on November 30th. Athletes from 25 States, Washington D.C and Canada have entered this seventh annual event. In 2005 the maximum allowed was increased from 500 to 600 athletes. The limit of 600 athletes was reached December 21st last year. The race has a limit of 600 to allow for athletes to weigh in and lift before the race, which starts at 10:30am. There is no waiting list for the 2007 Arnold 5K Pump and Run and athletes are not allowed to sell of give away their race number.
