We are terrible, play any RB who's anything against us.
Henry plays the colts this week and had 129 aganst them the previous game
So...this debate is over im assuming??
I'd go with Betts. Redskins playing the reeling Falcons. Henry was unimpressive (i faced him) vs. the Giants who have a good chunk of first-teamer's injured. Colts next week.
Betts faces an Atlanta team that is in a must win situation to make the playoffs. The Falcons rush defense is ranked 4th and 10th overrall in the NFC. I would expect Atlanta's receivers to hang on to the ball a little better this time since Vick took a lot of un-deserved blame for last weeks loss. I'm not on the Vick bandwagon but if he plays like he did against Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, that would mean Atlanta is going to put some points on the board. This would force Washington to throw the ball more, especially if Atlanta does what they did against teams like Pittsburgh, which is play an 8 man front to shut down the run, forcing the QB to throw the ball and make mistakes. Which they might do against the youngster Cambell.
Henry is up against Indianapolis who has more or less clinched the playoffs, but is playing for home-field advantage throughout. The Colts are ranked last in the AFC against the rush and 9th overrall. Teams have run on them all year including week 5 where Henry ran for 123 against the Colts week run Defense. Young is playing well right now, which could keep their offense balanced and keep the Colts from worrying too much about only stopping the run. Tennessee kept it close last game and almost pulled off the upset by only losing by 1 point in Indianapolis.
I haven't checked the injury reports of either team yet, and I believe that will come into play as well. Right now I would lean toward starting Henry but I wouldn't make up my mind until tomorrow night. I'm just not convinced on either Betts or Washington's offense overrall. They've let me down to many times.
This is all just a free suggestion, take it for what its worth. I don't have too much to do at work today, so I've just been updated my FF rosters.

I meant to say: ... updating my FF rosters.
Gotta go with Henry this week. Indy's rushing D is awful. They can't stop the run and opposing teams look to control the clock against them by rushing the ball to keep Peyton and Indy's offense off the field.
Betts is a solid play as well. He will get a lot of carries but Atl's D just got John Abraham back from injury so their D line should be substantially stronger.
henry
Here's another one...Who should I start in my 2 flex positions this week? It's between Betts vs. Atl., Edge vs. St. L, and Colston vs. SF?
Colston and Edge. STL's run defense is close to the bottom of the league and Colston, although coming off an injury is huge in NO's offense.

Colston, and Betts. Edge won't get shit for carries because Arizona sucks and will more than likely be battling from behind all game.
i'm in a 16 team league, so it's tough, but who would you start as your 3rd wr? reche caldwell or mike furrey? the best guys left on the waiver wire are dj hackett and cedric wilson. furrey gets a lot of looks, but it seems brady and caldwell have been clicking lately.
I wish we had flex positions in our league. I only get 2 RB's and I have Alexander, Addai, Gore and Henry to choose from. An embarassment of riches I know. Won't be a really big deal until weeks 15-17 (playoffs), which I've already clinched a spot.
I hate leagues that have week 17 as the finals for fantasy football. Too many teams rest their starters for the playoffs, but you actually should benefit from that. Henry and Gore won't be going to the playoff so they should play a lot. Alexander probably won't play much if still battling injuries, Addai probably will get less reps as well.Although I hope LenDale White gets a bunch towards the end since I picked him off waivers and have him on my bench hoping they give their rookie the work load the last week or two.

You guys should check out the fantasy football librarian. She catalogues all the start-sit suggestions from other websites. She also goes back and rates their suggestions so you know who you can trust. Its the best place I've found for advice on who to start.

Yeah flex positions add another dimension to think about when setting your line-up. You have to choose between a RB who will likely get 15-20 touches vs. a WR who will only touch the ball 5-10 times so you have to factor in who his QB is and the D they are facing. Sometimes it is a crap shoot but when you make the correct decision you feel like a genius.
Your RB situation seems like a no-brainer to me. I'd go with Alexander and Gore regardless of match-ups unless one of them is banged up. Still it's nice to have solid options.
