There is no such mileage, I've gained weight while running 100/wk. But it gets hard for me to eat enough when I'm doing 120/wk and not have to poop like crazy when I run. I'm a guy.
I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted and never gain a pound, only running 50mpw. I stopped running for a while due to injury and gained 10 pounds. When I tried to lose it my matabolism hit the floor. I have to watch my diet pretty carefully even when running 80mpw. My problem is I start eating in the evenings and never seem to satisfy my appetite, so I end up eating too much before bed.
