I'm going to be in Durban, SA for 3 weeks on business and I'm wondering if anyone had any advice as to places to run/train while I'm there. I'll mostly just be doing easy runs and tempo runs, maybe a couple fartleks. I have been told not to run at night...Is this a valid tip? any other tips?
On another note, I have an 11 hour layover in Frankfurt and welcome any tips on running in Frankfurt as well. This is my first trip overseas, so I'm naive to the multi-day travel schedule.
