Weather outlook for Philly next Sunday seems pretty good. Is anyone racing this in the hope of a better result than accomplished in Chicago's wind? Will it be faster?

Yes, I'll be there. Went through 30K at Chicago just fine, then the sh## hit the fan.
Hoping for a fast day.
I think at the start they should ask "How many people are running today because you bombed in a marathon earlier this fall?" I bet a quarter of the field would put up their hands.
Maybe Philly should change its ad slogan to, "The Second Chance Marathon."
What if you didn't "bomb" at Chicago but were a few minutes slow -- is Philly faster given good weather (little or no wind)?
If you ran hard for 26.2 in Chicago, convential wisdom says don't do it. I decided against it. I still have a long way before I get to 222.
The weather looks great, what the heck. Let me know how you make out.
bump
I missed my goal by three minutes in Chicago and will take another shot at Philly. A cheap plane ticket and good recovery are the reason.
I've only run five marathons, but I did the same thing two years ago when Chicago was two weeks earlier. I ran exactly forty-five seconds faster the second time around. Didn't seem worth it at the time, but here I am again.
