What are we looking at for top 8 in the 10k and how fast?

The winner will be right around 31:15. Top 8 will be under 31:45. It will be a similar race to last year, where the 1st 5k is slow with 10-12 in the pack. LH guys push pace the 2nd half, with SHIP guys following. Comes down to a kick, LH goes 1,4,5. SHIP goes 2,3.

The 10k at psacs blows. Seldomly to the major players go at it. Let's talk about indoor times these guys are capable of for now.
