Agree about the ease of Hall's win at World Cross Trials. I watched it on TV. Every time I see him run, I am reminded that he is one of the most fluid, relaxed runners I have seen in years.
I would like to see him run the 10,000 at Cardinal next year, and have the 5,000/10,000 option at USATF and the WCs.
And I really wish he'd abandon the mile as a primary event. This kid is a 10,000 guy with (potentially) the best closing wheels than we've seen in a while.
