It means a woman can be handed things freely while a man has to earn it and if someone was asked for donatation to men's (insert cause) they would probably be canceled and called a misogynist.
A woman not working a day in her life can easily be taken care of. Men are great providers. But if a man never worked a day in his His life he would 99.9% be homeless or on welfare.

I said I'd donate $1, but they said the minimum was $2.
I can afford it, so I decided I'd do it.
Then I started thinking.. Aren't women responsible for their own mental health, like men?
Where exactly is the money going? I have no idea.

I think some of this also dovetails with education rates as well--women are more likely to be managers and get bachelor's/master's degrees than men too.
I.e. when I was in journalism many of the reporters were male but the managers and supervisors were female. I think a lot of it is due to the knowledge economy and nobody really working in the trades anymore of either gender. I think more men work in the trades but at least some women are joining as well.
The key is to donate to both women-focused orgs. and male-focused ones (maybe something like a police-focused one?). That said, the Wounded Warrior Project, for instance, serves both genders.

Many stores are doing this sort of thing for various charities. it’s not always women’s health. I’ve seen children’s charities, veterans organizations, etc. I think it’s okay but kinda weird where they take customers money and they get the credit for donations (I think that’s how it works).
