Freshman d3 guy here,
I battled injury all the time in high school (Achilles, stress fracture, it band, you name it) and finally beat that with solid strength training in college.
New issue- I’m constantly getting sick. Every 2-3 weeks. Sore throats, ear and sinus infections, multi week flu like bouts.
Haven’t increased mileage, i average 8 hours of sleep a night, got bloodwork done and my metabolic panel is fine. I’m not incredibly thin, am vegetarian though.
Any thoughts?
