I have a bunch of shoes in my rotation. Some for certain kinds of workouts, some for easy runs, some for long runs.
A few of them are old date-wise, but have little running mileage on them (1+ years old, but only 65 miles). Should I be concerned I won't be able to get the most out of them before they "go bad", if they do at all?
My first instinct was to just keep using them until they started to feel weird, but I wanted to get some opinions. Thanks!
