Anybody have any insight on Jake Wightman’s training method?
Been trying to find resources online but I haven’t found much. My takeaways are a huge emphasis on hills (weekly 12-16x70s , 260m up a pretty decent grade) and good amount of strength training before focusing on any track speed work closer to season. IIRC he’s capping out about 80mpw.
Looking for any additional information, mainly about pre season tempo/threshold work done in conjunction with the hills.
