All I can seem to find are threads on what kind of taper to use. But what about other tips or advice to do in the last two weeks? Extra sleep and lots of fluids and carbs seem like the obvious ones. What about others?
for example: no booze, drink beet juice the week before, massage xx days before, don’t shave the night before, etc.
I want to hear what the forum has to offer! Proven and unproven, known and odd! What are your tricks and tips? :)
