I’m looking for some guidance and advice on how to pace my 1500m this Friday. I found someone who will be pacing me at a meet where I’ll likely be able to get out in front and just treat it like a time trial. He’s capable of pacing at pretty much any pace through 1k so he just needs to know what I want. I want to ride the line of what I should be capable of so what do you think that is? I’m currently running 70 mpw
