I know a lot of people hate threads like this but could you please predict my mile time based on the following workout:
2x400 in 1:33 and 1:30
followed by 12x200 in 45,45,43,43,
43,41,41,40,
42,43,40,39.
about 2 mins rest between the last 400 and starting the 200s and also 2 mins between each 200(did a 200m walk back and went again).
Some other general info about my training: 25 Year old male, been running around 4 months now, average around 25mpw, majority very easy. Recently found out I’ve been running my easy days too fast so I’ve slowed down to running around 10:30 pace on my easy days. Ran a 5k before I really started running and got 25mins, I think I can run one in around 23:30 right now. Am I way off a sub 6 mile? Please predict my mile time.
