What should I aim for in the 1500 in a couple of weeks?
Sample workouts-
-progressive tempo- 15 min at 6:00 and then 15 min at 5:10, handful of 200's in 27 after.
-2k in 6:00, 4 min jog, 1600 in 4:28, 6 min jog, 400, 400, 300, 300, 200, 200, 200 jog previous distance recovery- ran 62, 61, 45, 44, 27, 26, 25
-12 x 300m w/ 100m walk recovery- 47, 47, 44, 47, 47, 43, 47, 47, 41, 47, 46, 39. Supposed to run faster on every 3rd rep.
