I'm desperately trying to find a pair of these "Reebok Outerwear Fleece-Lined Bottoms" in either black or blue in a size medium. I'd like to buy two or maybe even three of them if someone finds a source.
This is a place in the UK (I'm located in the USA!) that seems to still have a few in stock, but NO mediums:
I bought the jacket, and I really would like the complete it with the pants. The pants are DWR coated and have a nice fleece lining like the jacket. Most of all, it is super light and still breathable.
Having something like this would be awesome because it would be way better than just tights or joggers, especially in the snow. Basically jogger-style fleece lined wind pants.
Earlier this year I had an unfortunate issue where it was around -15F with 20+ mph wind while out for a run and I got moderate frostbite on both of the front of my legs because both my joggers and tights got wet from snow. It was suggested I wear a thin set of snow pants in that weather. I tried various snow pants and they are way too hot (not breathable) bulky, even XC skiing snow pants. So snow pants are overkill.
I looked around on Etsy and eBay and all I see is used junk and most of it is like 90's style baggy versus modern jogger style (more form fitting).
I do have a pair of the Nike Windrunner pants, they are mesh lined, but aren't DWR coated, and I'd prefer if they were fleece lined like the Reebok jacket that I've got to give it a little more substance than just some mesh lining.
The Nike Windrunner pants are awesome though. Very comfortable to run in cold temps, and they do clean a LOT easier from sand and salt way better than tights or joggers do. (I had to throw away a pair of $140 Salomon Gore-tex tights because the road salt wouldn't come out!) Just wish they had some DWR coating on them for a little more water resistance with the fleece lining versus the mesh lining.
FWIW, I contacted Reebok and they just lead me on a very strange wild goose chase... :\
Any help would be awesome and I'd even be willing to give a little something if someone can track these down for me.
