What a bummer, the free YouTube livestream stopped in midle of steeple.

It amazes me that the diamond league can't modernize their results website to show lap-by-lap splits for each runner like you'd get at any decent HS/college/pro meet in the U.S.
Now over 9:00 pace at 2k
It’s sad but Coburn has no shot at a medal.
If you don't mind the box.
Just in time to watch Cobuun finish near the back. Time to worry?
Coburn DFL 😳
The problem with most female hurdlers is that they are simply slow flat.
Any woman who has a 400i PB of ~51 like Hall and is able to learn to hurdle a little is going to be faster than them.
Nearly all or all Jamaicans, Ukraine's Ryzhykova and Tkachuk have not been improving for a long time and other nations are even worse.
With ~54 you are 5th at Worlds as Britton Wilson in Oregon.
That said it's a pity that Shaunae Miller-Uibo didn't try hurdles (though she is very tall).
It's funny how hurdle form doesn't matter at all in the women's steeple. Almayew stepped on every barrier and it didn't matter at all.
Wonder what Coburn's excuse will be after this one.
I love watching Chepkoech full hurdle the water jump every time.
Run through the line!
Looked like training partner Knighton gave him an earful about something too…
No, she was nearly 30 seconds in front of DFL
Good, she should stop trashing her rivals and stick to running.
Seems like something of a “changing of the guard” moment in the women’s steeple
Great improvement for Wayment to hit 9:11, 2 seconds off PB. Coburn is upsetting, she is clearly fit after her 4:05 1500 last week, less than 2 seconds off her 1500 PR. Looks to me like she was so focused on passing Abebe off the water jump that she completely misjudged it, 9:18 finish.
Nice run from Courtney Wayment in 9:11. She could be the favorite at USAs right now
Dina Asher-Smith is a DNS for the 100m.
Women Euro steeplers have surpassed American steeplers now.
Genuine question: when was the last time Coburn completed a steeple without falling on a barrier? It's getting like the yips that afflicts some pro golfers in their career
