Apologies for a prediction thread but I’m proud of this workout and wanna know what pace I should target for my next mile/800 races.
current PRs: 4:27 (a month ago), 1:58.1, (tactical race negative split, last week)
3x800, 4min walking rest
2:12, 2:10, 2:11
small break into
4x200, 200m bounce jog rest
29.1, 28.4, 27.1, 25.8
800s felt pretty good, last lap of last rep really got me hurting but besides that I felt smooth. 200s were aiming to get faster each one, final rep was close to all out.
i think I’m in shape to PR, but by how much?
