Hi guys, as the track season approaches I wanted to see where my fitness kinda is and what I should be aiming for this track season. I really want to go sub 10 in the 2 mile but don’t know if I should be aiming for faster/slower than that. My pr are 16:30 in the 5k, and the last few hard things I’ve done have been a long run (13miles @6:50) and a 25 minute tempo at 5:30, any India’s on what I should aim for?
