Looking to run around a 4:25 mile and 1:57 half mile. I previously have ran a 2:03 800m with no cross country training prior my sophomore year, ( did only track freshman, sophomore year, now doing cross for the first time my junior year, 16:50 5k). I also have a 54 400m. I have a soccer background so I am curious as to what paces I should be doing, to be running those times by early may (fhsaa state finals).
