I was ready for it in 2019 and then covid hit, running a 1:21 half the weekend before the world shut down in March

and was incorporating in the 2-4-2 using treadmill as its flat where I live !
Although I think I was ready, I was just replacing what would be flat tempos in my marathon plan with hilly ones every 2nd week - Not really sure if they were in the right block or enough
Would anyone be willing to share their training plan template for Boston so I can get an idea where to incorporate the hill sessions and hilly tempos
