I looked him up, found his strava and he has no running activities, only biking activities, so he could possibly be injured or he is pursuing biking instead. (Referencing Christopher Wood)

Could very well be biking during the spring and not doing track
He was probably doing that last spring because no track results in 2022.
He did run CC both in 2021 and 2022
I took some time to really dive deep into this loaded freshman and sophomore team and have put the information below to show how much these boys have improved-(from year to year for sophomores and season to season for freshman, xc/track)
Freshman Times-(Format: XC 5000, Track 3200, 1600, 800)
Joshua Archuleta-19:44, 5:17, 2:15. Significant Improvement over a few short months of winter training, A 19:44 5K is an average of 6:21 per mile.
Duncan Atherton-18:39, 2:09. Less results, but still large jump, (another impressive result, a 25.96 200)
Rocco Culpepper-15:18, 4:29, 1:58. The speedy freshman showcasing some good track speed!
Ryder Keeton-17:49, 9:48, 4:41, 2:09. Out of all of the improvement on this team, going from an avarage mile of 5:45, to a 9:48 3200 is near the top of the list.
Gabriel Marshall-17:00, 10:39, 4:56. Slight improvement, very solid times for a freshman
Hunter Robbie-17:11, 10:20, 4:48. A large jump, and some indoor results to suggest that winter training definitely paid off.
Sophmore Times-(Format: Distance, Freshman Pr/Sophomore Pr)
James Anthony, 5000-17:12/16:40, 1600-4:45/4:50. Despite the backtrack in the 1600, he has also run some impressive times in the 800, and improved significantly in cross country
Lincoln Brewer, 5000-20:07/17:32 1600-5:09/4:58 800-2:22/2:15. HUGE improvement on the course, and some solid improvements so far this track season

Zachary Hlavacek, 5000-18:14/18:15 800-2:11/2:08. Another consistent transition, with an interesting story, The results his freshman year switch from cross country-(where he ran with mead) to track-(where he ran with niwot)
Sammy Jackman, 5000-17:21/16:47 3200-10:29/9:57 1600-4:45/4:42 800-2:11/2:08. A very solid preforming runner, who has made improvements in all areas of his speed in a year.
Evan Kear, 5000-18:39/16:37 3200-10:39/9:59 1600-4:54/4:44. Another Absolutely massive jump in speed on the cross country course, going from an average of 6:00 per mile to an avarage of 5:20 per mile, almost cutting off two minutes of time. Very impressive improvement in the 3200 as well!
William Lennert, 5000-17:14/16:32 3200-10:52/10:11 1600-4:57/4:49. Amazing improvements over just the course of a year, adding yet another strong runner to the many at niwot
