I’m more interested in seeing how Mason stacks up against Carmel since Carmel was not at the Mason Invitational this year and they have attended it in the past.
Mason has a very good team, but Carmel is on another level. This might be one of Carmel's best teams ever, and that's saying something.
I believe Jesuit is the team to beat in this race, we should see on Saturday. Jesuit is also entered in Great American but is using Niketown as a back up in case the Hurricane disrupts Great American.
What are your thought on it? I think Lancaster is better than their ranking..and to be moved up two spots. But Massillon and Mason are really solid for the top 2 and do not really see that changes, unless St. X makes a move
For the girls, that top 5 is solid and I can see it playing out that way at the State Meet, assuming no injuries. However, I think Loveland and Dub Jerome also have a very great chance to bump some of those current top 5 teams at the State Meet.

Per the Jesuit team Instagram, they decided on Niketown

I think it's crazy the lack of respect Toledo St. Francis is getting and the amount of respect St. Xavier is getting. And Lancaster might be better than both of them, I'd definitely take them ahead of St. X at this point. The only caveat is that Tol. St. Francis really only has 5 guys and I noticed one of them didn't run last week, hopefully nothing serious because there is a massive drop to their #6.

Plainfield South is really good and Mason just got one of their top runners back last week. Center Grove is loaded but has underachieved. I would be surprised but not shocked if any of those teams finished in the top 2.

Hinsdale Central IL seems to have more to give. This team is also very senior-heavy. They weren’t far from winning state last year and they return 4 guys from state. I can imagine that winning state being their goal. They could challenge Plainfield South if Watcke returns and their #5 (grant miller) closes the gap on their 4th. Miller didn’t run at state last year, but in at least one race last year, he beat some of his teammates that ended up at the state meet. So he could have more in him than what we saw this fall.

Is there a list of which nationally ranked teams are running in the meet? Just wondering how deep it of a meet.
Here is what is listed in DyeStat FWIW.
Jesuit LA went to the Southern Showcase two weeks ago and took another step forward into the national discussion with a dominant win. Even with usual No. 1 Michael Vocke having an off day and finishing sixth for the team, the quality depth of the group made up for it. Coach Cullen Doody's group should get its next big challenge this weekend. A mid-week decision to switch from the Great American Cross Country Festival in North Carolina to the Nike XC Town Twilight in Indiana, due to Hurricane Ian, puts the Bluejays into a race with No. 9 Carmel IN, No, 12 Hinsdale Central IL, No. 16 Plainfield South IL and No. 30 Mason OH.
If you look at the Milesplit rankings you can add Rock Bridge and Zionsville to that list. Center Grove, Columbus North and Noblesville are also running; Noblesville just beat Zionsville last weekend. And those are just the elite teams, Springboro, Brebeuf and Brentwood Academy are really good too. It's a stacked field.

They're as good 1-4 as anyone but their #5 probably puts them a step below some of the other teams. If he can close the gap like you said then they'll likely be in the mix.
I believe the Division 3 poll is literally the same poll copied over from last week, the points are exactly the same as the prior week. That could happen but more likely that not, something got uploaded accidently

Jesuit LA appears to be missing their #1 guy (Michael vocke), junior in the entries list. It probably won’t hurt their score much. There are 5 other guys that almost beat him. Heck, he didn’t score last meet. Probably sick or injured. But he was their number 1 at the time trial though. He was also their 1 at almost every meet last year too. But there are 4 Jesuit nonseniors racing here. So they will have FIVE studs back next year which includes Vocke. Newbury down next year, who is next? Jesuit LA probably
