1) No. This version of Holt is pretty clearly better than he was indoors
2) He has great finishing speed, but I dont think he could run sub 53 to close at this moment
3) He wouldnt have the standard/ranking regardless so its a moot point

i doubt he'd make the team but he likely would've been up there in 3:46ish which would have been cool to see
