Just to follow up quick with an after thought. I talked about Nuguse being a DMR hero which has the underdog role written all over it. I think back to 2018 when Nuguse had a 4:02 open mile PR and came up with a split of 3:56.90 to lift his team to second. That was fun. And then in 2019 almost the same deal, one more year matured. He is the split hero and slowly translating that to the open. But he is still the underdog, on his journey to the top.
I think he is one of the guys at the top now and maybe he is missing that same underdog fire. I think of Nuguse as liking to be the underdog and a guy who feeds off the excitement of his teammates. Just wasn't all the way there this past weekend.
